about this poster

Boxer poster with punching bag in a brick gym

Seen from behind, a lone boxer trains on a heavy punching bag hanging from a high beam, in an old gym with brick walls. Light falls from a large window and outlines his focused silhouette. The title “KEEP PUNCHING” is printed on this boxing poster like a motto. The brick tones and the contrasting light give a strong, understated and motivating image, one that speaks as much of effort as of perseverance.

A motivating poster for the gym

In portrait format, it hangs well in a home gym, a converted garage, an office or a teen’s bedroom. Its brick tones go with black metal, raw wood, leather and concrete. Facing a weight bench or next to a punching bag, it motivates you every day. It can be paired with other sports or boxing posters. It is an encouraging gift for a boxer, a fitness coach or anyone going through a hard time who needs a motto.

Your questions

What does “KEEP PUNCHING” mean?

In English, “keep punching” means to keep hitting, in the sense of never giving up. The title accompanies a boxer seen from behind, training alone on a punching bag in a gym with brick walls.

Where should I hang this boxer poster?

It fits in a gym, a converted garage or an office. Its brick tones go well with an industrial look in metal and concrete.

Choosing the size and the spot

Measure the space available on your wall, allowing for the frame you want to use. Then compare the sizes offered on this page and check the orientation of the artwork.

For a set of several posters, also plan the gaps between the frames. Keep your decor away from water splashes and heat sources.
