Orders and delivery
How can I track my order?
As soon as the carrier picks up your parcel, an email sends you the tracking link. Your orders and their status are also in your customer account.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 3 to 7 business days to Germany, starting the day after your order is confirmed. Each poster is printed just for you, then shipped with a tracking number.
How much is shipping and where do you deliver?
Shipping to Germany costs 4,95 € and is free from 59 €. We ship to France, the rest of Europe (except the UK) and most countries worldwide: the rate for your country is shown before payment.
I can’t find my order confirmation
Check your spam folder and the email address entered at checkout. Still nothing? Write to us before paying a 2nd time: we will check the status of your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We check how far its preparation has gone and tell you what is still possible. Your right of withdrawal remains intact.
Sizes and paper
Which sizes do you offer?
5 standard sizes: A4 (21 x 29.7 cm), A3 (29.7 x 42 cm), A2 (42 x 59.4 cm), A1 (59.4 x 84.1 cm) and A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm). The sizes and prices of each poster are listed on its page.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure the available space and compare it with the dimensions in centimeters on the product page. If you already have a frame, measure its inside dimensions before ordering.
What paper are the posters printed on?
On thick, uncoated 200 g/m² matte paper, with no glare. Each poster is designed in France and printed on demand near you, with water-based inks.
Will the colors look like they do on screen?
They are very close. Display still depends on each screen’s settings, so a slight difference with the print on matte paper is possible.
Is it a file to download?
No, you receive a real printed poster, in the size chosen on its page. The images on the site are previews of the artwork.
Frames and hanging
Is the frame included?
No, our posters are sold unframed: the frames in the photos set the mood. Our sizes are standard, so you can easily find a store-bought frame in the right size.
What size frame should I buy?
Take a frame the same size as the poster, for example an A3 frame for an A3 poster. With a mat, choose a larger frame whose opening matches your poster.
How high should I hang a poster?
Place the center of the poster 145 to 150 cm from the floor, at eye level. Above a sofa or a sideboard, leave 15 to 20 cm between the top of the furniture and the bottom of the poster.
Can I hang a poster without drilling?
Yes: removable adhesive strips, adhesive hooks, picture rails or a simple shelf to rest the frame on. The choice depends on the weight of the frame and on your wall.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return a poster?
Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to tell us you have changed your mind, with no need to give a reason. Write to us first: we will give you the return address. Return shipping is then at your expense.
My poster arrived damaged, what should I do?
Write to us with your order number and photos of the parcel and the poster. A damaged or incorrect poster is replaced at no cost to you.
I received a different poster than I ordered
Compare it with your confirmation email, then write to us with your order number and a photo. We fix the mistake at no cost to you.
When will I be refunded?
Within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing, to your original payment method. We may wait until we receive the poster or your proof of shipment.
Payment and codes
Which payment methods do you accept?
The available methods are shown at the payment step, secured by Shopify. The total amount, shipping included, is summarized there before you confirm.
Do you have a discount code?
Sign up for the Brunelia newsletter: the code BIENVENUE10 gives you 10% off your 1st order. The code RETOUR15 (15%) is waiting in our emails when you come back to see us. Each code can be used 1 time per customer, entered at the payment step.
Do prices include taxes?
Yes, all prices include VAT. Shipping is added for orders under 59 € and is shown before payment.
How do I get my invoice?
An invoice comes with every purchase. Can’t find it? Write to us with your order number and we will send it again by email.
Posters and design
How are your posters made?
Our artworks are partly created with artificial intelligence tools. Each artwork is then chosen, prepared and retouched by the Brunelia team before it goes on sale.
Are these antique posters?
No. They are recent creations, inspired by the posters of the past through their bold colors, compositions and textures, then designed in France and printed on demand near you.
Are the lifestyle photos real?
They are generated or composed digitally, to show you the poster in a room. The frame and decorative objects are not included.
Do you make custom posters?
Write to us with your idea: the place, the text you would like and the size. We will tell you what is possible before any commitment.
