about this poster

Pianist and grand piano in a concert hall poster

Seen head-on from the stalls, a concert hall with red seats holds a black grand piano, lid raised, at the center of the stage. In profile, a pianist in a dark dress plays her final chord. Behind her, a burgundy wall and a bronze organ whose tall central pipe rises above the others give the scene its solemnity. This pianist poster captures the suspended moment before the applause. The title “GRAND FINALE” accompanies the image in a vertical format.

A music poster for a living room or studio

Its dark burgundy and bronze tones suit an elegant living room, an office, a library or a music room. It pairs well with dark wood, velvet, leather and brass lighting. Hung near a piano, it takes on its full meaning. It can be paired with other concert or instrument posters. Give it to a pianist, a conservatory teacher, a student who has just given a first recital or a classical music lover.

Your questions

What does “LAST CHORD” mean?

The title refers to the final chord of a piece. It describes the moment when the pianist, in profile in front of her grand piano, plays the last note of the concert.

Who is this pianist poster a good gift for?

It will delight a pianist, a music teacher or a music lover who enjoys recitals. It is a lovely way to celebrate a first concert or the end of a year at the conservatory.

Choosing the size and the spot

Measure the space available on your wall, allowing for the frame you want to use. Then compare the sizes offered on this page and check the orientation of the artwork.

For a set of several posters, also plan the gaps between the frames. Keep your decor away from water splashes and heat sources.
