Evening Harlem stoop trumpeter poster

Harlem poster, trumpet player on a stoop at night

Standing on the steps of a brick house in Harlem, a trumpet player in a dark suit raises his golden trumpet toward the evening sky. On the staircase with its gilded wrought-iron railings, a seated couple listens, while the windows of the facades glow with an orange light. This Harlem jazz poster, in portrait format, plays on shades of mauve, brick and gold. The title “Harlem Nights” appears in purple lettering beneath the scene.

A jazz evening for a living room or music corner

In portrait format, it fits a narrow stretch of wall, beside a window, above a vinyl cabinet or along a piano. Its mauves and golds lend a hushed mood to a living room, music corner, bar or office. It pairs well with velvet, leather, dark wood and brass. A great gift for a trumpet player, a jazz lover, a record collector, a musician or anyone who loves New York and its nights.
