about this poster

Turntable against a setting sun poster

Set on a cabinet, a turntable stands out against a huge setting sun. The black record echoes the disk of the sun, and bands of warm color radiate all around like sound waves. This turntable poster plays on round shapes and a palette of oranges, reds and yellows. The title “SPIN THE SUN” highlights the likeness between the spinning record and the sinking sun, for a graphic and musical image.

A music poster for the living room or a vinyl fan

Its warm tones suit a living room, a bedroom or a music studio, ideally near a record collection. It pairs with dark wood, velvet, leather and lamps with a golden glow. You can combine it with other music or sunset posters for a cohesive wall. It is a ready-made gift for a vinyl collector, a DJ, a music lover who plays albums at the end of the day or a friend who has just treated themselves to a first turntable.

Your questions

What does “SPIN THE SUN” mean?

“Spin the Sun” plays on the resemblance between the vinyl record on the turntable and the disc of the setting sun behind it. The title is in English and means exactly what it says: make the sun spin.

Where should I hang this turntable poster?

It fits above a record cabinet, in a living room, a bedroom or a studio. Its oranges blend beautifully with dark wood and warm lighting.

Choosing the size and the spot

Measure the space available on your wall, allowing for the frame you want to use. Then compare the sizes offered on this page and check the orientation of the artwork.

For a set of several posters, also plan the gaps between the frames. Keep your decor away from water splashes and heat sources.
